JDI is developing approximately 500 acres of land it owns off Bishop Drive. This work involves the installation of roads and water and sewer services.

The company is developing a master plan for the neighbourhood and is working with the City of Fredericton on development agreements and rezoning.

Parcels of land will be sold to builders for both commercial and residential projects.

The details of each home and commercial building will be in the hands of the land purchasers and builders.
